The ground floor of 350 Mission Street serves both as a community public space and lobby for our tenants. Equipped with Wifi and open seating, the indoor/outdoor experiential area provides a vibrant ground-floor venue connecting the building to the active neighborhood.

Garage Parking

350 Mission Street’s parking garage entrance is located on Fremont Street and is open to the public for daily parking Monday – Friday, from 6am – 8pm. The garage has full valet services and is accessible 24/7 to monthly tenant parkers. For parking inquiries, please contact the 350 Mission garage at 415.872.9527.

Loading Dock

For convenience, 350 Mission provides a dedicated loading dock located off of Fremont Street.

Secure Bicycle Parking

There is bicycle parking available on the B-4 level of the building’s parking garage (access via Elevator H, left side of lobby desk), near the shower/locker rooms. The bike room can be accessed via building access card. Bicyclists must provide their own cables and locks.

Tenant Shower Rooms

350 Mission Street offers two shower rooms on B-4 level of the parking garage near the bicycle storage room and accessed by using Elevator H (left side of lobby desk). The shower rooms are access controlled and available to all tenants. Day lockers are also provided for tenant use.
